Heating unit 1 consists of a cavitator and electric motor. The thermal energy emission occurs due to complex processes of the heat carrier circulation in the heat generator body. The heat carrier is delivered directly either to radiators or heat carrier accumulator tank, and then to radiators. When delivering the heat carrier into the building premises it is recommended to use a booster pump of small power (a circulation pump).
Heating system consists of heating unit (1), stop valves (2), piping (3), heating devices (4), accumulator tank (5), thermal sensor (6), air collector (7), control cabinet (8) and circulation pump (9).
The system operation is divided into two cycles. First, the heat carrier is heated up to specified temperature circulating along the small circuit, then a large circuit (radiators) is switched on. For heating systems it is recommended to use small capacity radiators (convectors).
