With account of customer's requests, VHG application areas and its capabilities we offer the multifunctional unit developed on the base of VHG.

Adjustment of operating modes, on-line control and maintenance of these modes and also the selection of applications is carried out by the control devices of the unit. The following applications are provided:

• Water heating with the subsequent automatic maintenance of its temperature in accumulative tank of the unit (water supply to outside consumers by means of pumping device).
• Heating of technical liquids.
  • direct heating through the generator;
  • heating through a heat exchanger.
• Production of vapor-condensate mixture with 104 °С in temperature.
• Operation in heating systems and hot water supply systems.
• Work with emulsions:
  • production of fine-dispersion emulsions;
  • modification of oil-water and black oil-water emulsions properties and characteristics;
  • emulsions for the mould wall lubrication in concrete products production.
• Heat generator is efficient and multi-purpose: it can be used for heating, hot water supply and wood drying. It also can be used for work both with water, antifreezing agents and other liquids ((chemical liquids, oil products, foodstuffs, etc.).
• It is possible to use generators in oil-refining and oil-extraction industries for heavy oil dilution and treatment for its subsequent refining, thus considerably reducing expenses on oil heating.
• Plants watering (water disinfection and change of water structure occurs which has a favorable effect on the plants growth).
• Cold pasteurization of milk at the temperature up to 40°С. At that taste and healing properties of milk are much better than at conventional method of pasteurization.
• Generators can be used in technological processes for the preparation of oil products. It is possible to carry out dehydration, desalting and other procedures for the change of liquids chemical and physical properties with the help of these generators.
